After a trial before a judge and jury, defendant was found guilty upon five bills of indictment, two of which charged that he committed sodomy upon one Peter Dolan, one of which charged the solicitation of Dolan to commit sodomy, and the remaining two charged the corruption of Dolan's morals by reason of that conduct, Dolan then being a minor.
