The National Labor Relations Board petitions this Court for enforcement of its order against the General Industries Electronics Company. The Board's decision is reported at 163 NLRB 12, 64 LRRM 1276 (1967). The Board found that the Company had violated Section 8(a) (1) of the Act by maintaining a rule prohibiting distribution of literature in its parking lot without prior permission, and by threatening reprisals if the Union
