In this appeal from an adjudication of the State Real Estate Commission revoking appellant's license as a real estate broker, he readily admits that incident to the transaction which led to the commission's adjudication he was guilty of violating provisions of the Real Estate Brokers License Act of 1929,1 but insists that the penalty imposed by the commission constituted an arbitrary, capricious and unreasonable...
