We are called upon in this case to construe a prenuptial agreement.

Maudie A. Taylor, widow of Henry B. Taylor, deceased, filed a petition in the probate court for an order directing the executor of her late husband's estate to pay to her the sum of $650 per month for a period of one year subsequent to April 29, 1966, to be used for the support of the petitioner and to allow her to continue in possession rent-free of the dwelling of the decedent...
