This appeal relates to the revocation of the license of S. W. Patrick to practice pharmacy in the state of Arkansas by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy. Patrick was charged with, and found guilty on, two counts of violating the pharmacy laws of Arkansas. After a hearing before the board, wherein evidence was taken, that body found that Patrick had violated the pharmacy laws, and that such violations were sufficient to justify the revocation...
