This case is before the court for the second time. A previous opinion was filed herein on October 31, 1967, Haman v. Sigler, 278 F.Supp. 201 (D.Neb.1967). In that opinion the court found that petitioner was entitled to an evidentiary hearing to determine the voluntariness of his statements, despite his failure to object, but that the initial hearing making such determination...
