Richard B. Sobol, Gary Duncan, and Isaac Reynolds brought this action for injunctive, class action and declaratory relief against the prosecution of Richard Sobol for the unauthorized practice of law in Louisiana.1 Injunction is sought (1) to prevent the prosecution of Sobol under the Louisiana Unauthorized Practice Statutes2 by the District Attorney
