Defendant Alvin Leon Williams was indicted for robbery with aggravation as defined in sections 711.1 and 711.2 Code 1962 in that he robbed Leonard Walvatne, with confederates aiding and abetting him in such robbery who were armed with a dangerous weapon with intent, if resisted, to kill or maim Walvatne. Trial resulted in jury verdict of guilty. From judgment thereon defendant has appealed, assigning as error the refusal of two jury instructions...
