This is a motion by defendants to suppress certain evidence and statements allegedly obtained by the Government in violation of defendants' Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights. Defendants are individuals and corporations engaged in the slaughterhouse and fresh meat business who are charged in this action with 10 counts of transporting and offering for transport across state lines scrap portions of beef carcasses
