By her evidence and argument, plaintiff bottoms her whole case upon the theory that the coffee spilled by the bus driver ran down the counter, across the raised platform and onto the floor, and that plaintiff slipped and fell because of this coffee on the floor. However, taking the evidence in the light most favorable to the plaintiff, there is no testimony, or other explanation, to connect a spot of coffee on the floor immediately behind the plaintiff...
