OPINION

BELCHER, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation.

The appellant was convicted on June 30, 1967, in the 34th District Court of El Paso County for the offense of robbery, and his punishment was assessed at seven years.

The imposition of sentence was suspended and appellant was placed on probation. Among the terms and conditions of the probation was that he "commit no offense against the laws of this or any other state...
