MEMORANDUM OPINION

BUSSEY, Judge:

Patterson Cudjo was charged, tried, and convicted, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, for the crime of Rape in the First Degree. During the trial and on appeal to this Court, Cudjo was represented by employed counsel of his own choice. The conviction, judgment and sentence, rendered thereon was affirmed in an opinion rendered by this Court on the 10th day of February, 1965, and reported as Cudjo v. State, Okl.Cr....
