This is a law action tried to the court in which plaintiff Naxera seeks recovery for damage sustained to his lightweight "Taylorcraft" airplane.

Defendant Wathan, operator of an airplane parking ramp service adjoining Cedar Rapids Municipal Airport, offered storage, maintenance and tie-down services for aircraft on his ramp.
