HOLMAN, Justice.

This is a declaratory judgment proceeding requesting a determination of the interests of the plaintiffs and defendants in a piece of real property in the central part of the city of Portland. The defendants Lenske appeal from a decree holding that they have no interest in the property or its proceeds, and requiring them to pay attorney fees.
