These four cases were tried together, present identical issues and, pursuant to Practice Book § 606, have been combined for the purposes of this appeal. They arise out of conflicting claims to the ownership of a strip of land in Ledyard. In 1939, the plaintiff Agathe B. Robinson acquired title to a twenty-six-acre tract upon which she has maintained a summer residence. In 1962, she deeded an undivided one-half interest in this land to her son, the other...
