Reginald C. Collins was awarded unemployment compensation benefits and his ex-employer, Stroh Brewery Company, appeals.

We are not convinced that the facts as found by the appeal board demonstrate disqualifying misconduct as a matter of law.

Affirmed, with costs to plaintiff.
