The plaintiffs, Frances and Sterling Sullivant, recovered a judgment against Gladys Welborn, the defendant, for damages arising out of a collision of their respective automobiles. At the commencement of the trial, Mrs. Welborn admitted liability, but the case proceeded to trial on the question of damages. She is here on writ of error asking this court to reverse the judgment and remand the cause for new trial because of errors occurring at the trial...
