This is a civil action in which plaintiff seeks to recover $30,000 on the basis of two policies of insurance on the life of the late Joseph G. Warren, Jr. The case was tried to the court and a jury. Defendant moved for a directed verdict at the close of plaintiff's evidence and again at the close of all the evidence. Decision on the motions was reserved and the case was submitted to the jury.
