Plaintiff prosecutes this suit as a seaman against Mockingbird, Incorporated, owner of the fishing vessel MOCKINGBIRD, without the payment of costs, as allowed by 28 U.S.C. § 1916. Plaintiff was employed as an engineer aboard the MOCKINGBIRD, which had a five man crew.
