A collision of automobiles on February 16, 1963, begot plaintiff an unsatisfied $100,000 default judgment against defendant in the Circuit Court of Barry County. To aid execution, plaintiff summoned State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company as garnishee. The garnishment action was court tried and the facts were stipulated.
