Lynda Kay Mooneyham sued Huldrick Alfred Davis and H. E. R. Construction Company, Inc., for $231,500.00 damages caused by the death of her husband when, while driving on U. S. Highway 87, he collided with the rear end of said construction company's truck, driven by Davis, as Davis was turning left from the side used by north bound traffic into a crossover in order to turn back south on that highway...
