Plaintiff instituted this action under the provisions of Title 28 U.S.C.A. § 1346, § 2674, etc., known as the Federal Tort Claims Act, to recover damages from the United States for alleged negligence in not removing snow from a parking area at the Post Exchange at the Naval Air Station at Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia.
