Plaintiff Consolidated Credit Corporation of Baton Rouge, Incorporated filed suit against two defendants, Lawrence J. Matherne and Carolyn Rita Matherne, husband and wife, in the sum of Five Hundred Thirty-seven and 13/100 ($537.13) Dollars, plus interest and attorneys' fees and costs. The suit is a foreclosure Via Ordinaria on a chattel mortgage covering certain household furniture.
