This is an action for damages brought by libelant, the widow of Arthur J. McMilin, Sr., in her individual capacity and as his personal representative, and also as the next friend of her son, Arthur J. McMilin, Jr., a minor, against the United States. The suit arises out of a boating accident which occurred on May 30, 1964, when the cabin cruiser Jo Jo owned by McMilin, Sr., struck the Pea Patch Island jetty, or dike as it is...
