INZER, Justice:

This is an appeal from a conviction for the crime of burglary in the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County. We affirm.

The primary question raised by the defendant concerns the trial court's admission of an in court identification of defendant by the state's chief witness, Mrs. E.S. Walker.
