This is an action for ejectment and damages.

The case was tried to the court, without the intervention of a jury, on February 27, and 28, 1968. At the conclusion of the plaintiffs' evidence in chief, the intervenor, Gulf Oil Corporation, submitted a motion for judgment in its favor.
