The appellant, Samuel Culotta, seeks to have set aside the selection of the appellee, Thomas Paul Raimondi, as the Republican candidate for the United States Congress from the Fourth Congressional District of Maryland, and to have himself declared the Republican candidate for that office in the general election which is to be held on November 5, 1968.
