CLAYTON, Circuit Judge:

Appellant, Charles Anderson, Sr., with his son, Charles Anderson, Jr., and another, were convicted on trial to a jury of the charges made in a three-count indictment charging possession of an unregistered still, carrying on the business of a distiller without giving bond and making mash fit for distillation on undesignated premises. 26 U.S.C. §§ 5179, 5601(a) (1), (4) and (7). Only Anderson, Sr., appealed. He assigns four errors....
