The United States filed this action for declaratory judgment to have the Court declare and determine the rights of the parties under a certain reservation of easement in a deed from A. W. Hitchens and wife to the United States dated February 16, 1935, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of York County, Virginia, in Deed Book 50, page 75. By said deed United States acquired a strip of land 500 feet wide...
