The order of the Pulaski Circuit Court, entered on March 5, 1968, restraining the Pulaski County Board of Election Commissioners from conducting an election on March 12 for the office of Director of the Little Rock School Board, is set aside and vacated, on the ground that the courts are without authority to enjoin the holding of a regular election, regularly called.
