This appeal is from an order of the district court of Live Oak County, Texas, overruling appellants' pleas of privilege to be sued in Lavaca County, Texas. In the lower court appellee, J. I. Hailey, was plaintiff and appellants, Hermes Grain Company, a corporation, Maurice P. Hermes and Margaret Hermes, husband and wife, were defendants.
