The appellant was charged with and convicted of three counts of unlawful use of a set net for fishing for steelhead in violation of RCW 77.16.060.1 The specific dates were February 6 and 14, and March 1, 1966. The offenses were alleged to have been committed on the Thurston County side of the Nisqually River.
