Petitioner, the driver of an automobile, was involved in a collision with another automobile on November 18, 1966 on Fairport Road in the County of Monroe. Following the collision he was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated. March 27, 1968, he was convicted of violating subdivision 1 of section 1192 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law for driving while his ability was impaired by alcohol, and thereafter his licenses were suspended...
