HUMPHREYS, Judge.

Thomas Hay, a child nine years old, climbed upon a platform supporting three electrical transformers, the property of Memphis, to fly a kite, where he suffered severe electrical burns. The three transformers were fed by primary wires and a neutral wire carrying a total of 12,500 volts between the two primary wires and 7,200 volts between each primary and the neutral wire.
