The plaintiffs demand judgment for their respective personal injuries claimed to have been sustained in a motor vehicle collision on March 25, 1967. Both defendants defend on the ground, inter alia, that the complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, Rule 12(b) (6), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, in that the plaintiffs' claim arose...
