This appeal is from a decree of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City (Wolf, J.) dated May 3, 1967, whereby the appellee, Edward J. Fortman, husband of the appellant, Theresa Fortman, was granted a divorce a mensa et thoro on the ground of desertion in his divorce suit against his wife.
