Appellant Ollis Heard was convicted of burglary and grand larceny in connection with the breaking and entering of the Broadway Shoe Shop, 525 East Broad Street, Texarkana, Arkansas, and the taking and carrying away of certain property therefrom. For reversal he relies upon the following:
