F. Richard Bornhurst was injured when the automobile he was operating collided with a vehicle operated by one George Daniels. An action was commenced against Daniels and the alleged owner of the vehicle, Edmund Stearns, Catherine Stearns and Richard Stearns doing business as Edmund A. Stearns and Son Auto Sales.
