Salvage Shoe Company, plaintiff in a tort action against Radio Foods, to determine the rights and obligations of the parties as a result of a fire on July 25, 1963 in the premises occupied by Radio Foods in Manchester which caused water damage to Salvage Shoe, another tenant in the same building.
