The defendant the New York World's Fair 1964-1965 Corporation moves to dismiss the plaintiff Karel De Rijdt's (plaintiff) purported cause of action against it upon the ground that the said plaintiff has been dead for over two years "and that his executor or administrator has unreasonably neglected to procure an order substituting himself in place and stead" of the said deceased.
