Defendant Paul Blunt was convicted of the offense of burglary in Douglas County, Nebraska. He was represented at the time of trial by the public defender for said county. After his conviction, motion for new trial was duly filed. On October 18, 1966, defendant's motion for new trial was overruled and sentence pronounced.
