This diversity suit is based upon a Comprehensive General Liability Policy issued by defendant, Globe Indemnity Company, to appellant, Ketona Chemical Corporation. The primary issue concerns whether liability of Ketona for the accident in question is excluded from coverage by the "Products Hazard" exclusionary endorsement to the policy.
