This is a suit for damages in tort arising out of an automobile accident which occurred in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, on October 10, 1964. Plaintiff alleges that he was driving his 1961 Mercury automobile in a southerly direction along Highway 167, and that Samuel L. Wyse, Jr., who was driving a 1964 Chevrolet automobile in a northerly direction, suddenly turned left into the path of plaintiff's automobile, causing the resulting accident and damages...
