Suit was brought by Sue Carol Anderson against Aetna Casualty and Surety Company on a policy issued by Aetna to one Burley Ray Nabors. Previously, plaintiff had recovered a judgment against Nabors for damages growing out of an automobile collision between a car driven by plaintiff and a car driven by Nabors. Aetna denied that Nabors had coverage under the policy in question and refused to defend him. In the current suit both parties...
