This is a Workmen's Compensation suit instituted by Bernice Mouton against his former employer, Philip Habetz, and the latter's insurer, Coal Operators Casualty Company. Plaintiff demands compensation benefits based on allegations that he is permanently and totally disabled. The trial judge found that plaintiff was disabled, as alleged, and also that he was disfigured. Judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiff...
