Defendant has taken this timely appeal from his conviction by a jury and the resulting sentence upon Count I of an indictment charging defendant with transportation of a woman, Marcy Walker, in interstate commerce from Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Gary, Indiana, on or about May 27, 1965, for the purpose of prostitution in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2421.
