STEEL, District Judge.

Defendant was indicted on March 7, 1968, for willfully attempting to evade federal income taxes for the calendar years 1961, 1962 and 1963, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201.

On March 19, 1968, defendant filed a motion, pursuant to Rule 41(e), Fed.R.Crim.P., to suppress certain evidence against him claiming that the Government had illegally seized it without warrant and in violation of his constitutional rights...
