Amos Stepp, appellee herein, instituted suit against his insurer, Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, appellant herein, to recover the policy limit of $2,500.00 after one of his tenant dwellings was totally destroyed by fire on December 28, 1965. It is admitted by appellant that the dwelling was destroyed by fire while the policy was in full force and effect; that the amount of insurance issued under the policy was for the sum of $2,500.00...
