This is a post conviction case (sections 29-3001 to 29-3004, R.S.Supp., 1965), in which petitioner alleges a violation of his constitutional right of appeal. Douglas v. People of State of California (1963), 372 U.S. 353, 83 S.Ct. 814, 9 L.Ed.2d 811; Swenson v. Bosler (1967), 386 U.S. 258, 87 S.Ct. 996, 18 L.Ed.2d 33; State v. Williams (1967), 181 Neb. 692
