Maurer, Sr., April 10, 1966, his son, A.J. Maurer, Jr., hereinafter referred to as Maurer, and daughter, Mary Mauch, sued their sister, Joan Ballou, and her husband, Quintin, to quiet their title to the claims, alleging that Maurer had for many years...
